Welcome to Daily Digits. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Daily Digits mobile application and service. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Daily Digits is a mobile application that provides daily math challenges designed to improve cognitive function and start your day with a sense of accomplishment. The service includes:

• Daily math puzzles and challenges
• Progress tracking and statistics
• Subscription-based access to premium features
• Regular content updates

Daily Digits offers the following subscription options through the App Store:

Daily Digits Yearly	1 year
Daily Digits Yearly Offer	1 year

Important: All subscriptions are handled and processed by the App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Daily Digits does not directly process payments or store payment information.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store settings
• Payment processing, billing, and refunds are handled entirely by the App Store
• Subscription prices may change with notice from the App Store
• Free trial periods may be offered and will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• For subscription-related issues, please contact the App Store support directly

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to share your account credentials with others
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
• You will use the service for lawful purposes only

All content, features, and functionality of Daily Digits, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Daily Digits and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Daily Digits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Daily Digits operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
